Nondestructive Identification of Litchi Downy Blight at Different Stages Based on Spectroscopy Analysis

چکیده
Litchi downy blight caused by Peronophythora litchii is the most serious disease in litchi production, storage and transportation. Existing identification technology has difficulty identifying sufficiently early, resulting economic losses. Thus, use of diffuse reflectance spectroscopy to identify at different stages disease, particularly achieve early blight, very important. The spectral data fruits inoculated with P. were collected wavelength range 350–1350 nm. According duration inoculation expert evaluation, they divided into four categories: healthy, latent, mild severe. First, SG smoothing method derivation used denoise curves. Then, screening methods competitive adaptive reweighted sampling (CARS) successive projections algorithm (SPA) compared verify that SPA was more effective. Eleven characteristic wavelengths selected, accounting for only 1.1% original data. Finally, tested six classification models, their accuracy calculated. Among them, ANN model performed best, an 90.7%. results showed spectroscopic potential stages, providing technical support subsequent development related automatic detection devices.

Control of litchi downy blight by zeamines produced by Dickeya zeae
Zeamines (ZMS), a class of polyamine-polyketide-nonribosomal peptide produced by bacterial isolate Dickeya zeae, were shown recently to be potent antibiotics against some bacterial pathogens. In this study, the results indicated that ZMS showed antifungal activity against Peronophythora litchii and other fungal pathogens. The activity of ZMS against the oomycete pathogen P. litchi, which causes...

Litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) is a commercially important fruit but its production and quality are restricted by litchi downy blight, caused by the oomycete pathogen Peronophythora litchii Chen. Volatile substances produced by a biocontrol antinomycetes Streptomyces fimicarius BWL-H1 could inhibited P. litchii growth and development both in vitro and in detached litchi leaf and fruit infectio...
متن کاملNondestructive Firmness Estimation of Tomato Fruit Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy
Today, nondestructive methods are widely used to determine the quality of agricultural products. Meanwhile, visible and near-infrared (Vis/NIR) spectroscopy is regarded as one of the most widely used methods in the field of quality assessment of agricultural products. In this study, a system was developed to measure the Vis/NIR spectra of tomato fruit samples in the half-transmittance mode of m...
متن کاملQuantitative analysis of ribosome–mRNA complexes at different translation stages
Inhibition of primer extension by ribosome-mRNA complexes (toeprinting) is a proven and powerful technique for studying mechanisms of mRNA translation. Here we have assayed an advanced toeprinting approach that employs fluorescently labeled DNA primers, followed by capillary electrophoresis utilizing standard instruments for sequencing and fragment analysis. We demonstrate that this improved te...
